

Citrus Olive Oil Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml Bella Oliva olive oil
- 100 ml orange juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the olive oil and orange juice, followed by the lemon zest.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
